This program is like no other, especially one that takes you into the depths of yourself first. One major component in holistic nutrition was learning about detoxification. I thought I actually had some knowledge regarding detox but I found that what I thought I 'knew' had barely scratched the surface.

What I've experienced in my healing was something I longed for but never really knew it was possible until I felt it within every fiber of my being.
